At the age of 21 I landed a job in Real Estate back in the U.K. Young and eager, this was a very exciting time in my career and I still have fond memories of working with my fellow team members in my hometown of Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire, as well as Oxford, England. During this period I was fortunate enough to obtain a valuable and challenging education in residential property and management development as well as the pleasure of working with a great team, eight of us in all yet responsible for numerous concurrent new home sites and up to 85 listings at a time.
As a result of the team success and our unparalleled leadership role in being a top producing office for several years in a row, I managed to personally average 20 listings and 6 sales per month.
My initial brokerage of choice to partner-up with was an individually owned office located in Marina Del Rey, Innovative Realtors. Here I benefited greatly from the mentorship and training of Steve Aguilar & his staff. In May 2009, I joined the Keller Williams in Marina Del Rey. Originally from Pomona, California, Eial Elmakiss moved to Israel at age five and lived there until 2006. He has since moved back to California with his family and now resides in Simi Valley.

Kari was born and raised in Minnesota and headed out west to earn her Communications degree at Pepperdine University.
